One full charge usually last a whole day, depending how much and how fast you will be driving the mobility scooter. The best is to charge the batteries every night with the provided battery charger.
Go Mobility Now has electric mobility scooters in 2 sizes, a Transportable & Standard. The transportable scooters we also offer in three & four wheeled. Small size scooters which can carry persons up to 110 kg. (outdoors or inside)
Standard size scooters for persons up to 140 kg. (outdoors) If your body weight is close to the maximum weight capacity of a small sized scooter, the standard mobility scooter will be more comfortable for you. Click here for more information about the different vehicles we provide.
At Go Mobility Now you can rent a scooter for one day and the maximum is for as long as you like.
Yes, it would be better for you to let them know, Go Mobility Now is well known to many hotels. You should also ask for a ground floor room or make sure the Resort you chose have elevators, and maybe there is a possibility for a place where you can store the scooter and also where you can charge it overnight. Unfortunately not all the Resorts are 100% accessible.
For both sized mobility scooter (Transportable & Standard) we require a refundable security deposit of € 150,- which we hold during the hire period
Yes, Go Mobility Now accepts payment by major credit and debit cards and only possible online. You can also pay us via a bank transfer and if necessary but only after consultation you can pay in cash on location. Due to the international nature of our business, all prices are in € Euros.
If we are delivering it to your residence, please ensure that someone is there to receive it at the pre-arranged time. If we are delivering to your hotel or camping, you do not need to be there when it arrives (but its a good idea to call ahead and let them know to expect the mobility scooter).
Rain, condensation and heat can damage a mobility scooter's electrics, so it's best not to leave it outside. We'd advise you to protect it in a shed or inside when not in use, ideally with an electricity source so you can charge it in the meantime. If you are having a car you can leave a small sized scooter in the truck and just bring in the battery box with you for charging (if the model allows).
We do deliver everywhere, from places in Tarragona, Barcelona to Gerona. Your mobility scooter will be delivered right upon your arrival at the Hotel, Camping, House or Residence. We discuss your preferred delivery and pick-up times in advance and during the booking. Our delivery times go from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm, 7 days a week.
Where proper cancellation notice is given more than 3 weeks prior to the first hire day, a full refund will be made. Where less than 3 weeks but more than 5 clear working office days’ proper cancellation notice is given, the hirer will receive a 50% refund of the total hire cost. Where less than 5 clear working office days’ proper cancellation notice is given, no refund will be made. Security deposit (when paid) will be refunded at any time of cancellation.
