2 Provide us with the details of the rental.

Tell us about your mobility rental needs (destination, and how long you would like to rent it for). Go Mobility Now can arrange scooters two sizes. If you're unsure about the scooter that's best for you, visit our scooters page or simply ask us - our operators can suggest the best options for you. To ensure you get the right scooter to fit your needs, provide us the height and weight of the person using the scooter. If there are any other special requirements, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

3 Book the rental.

Go Mobility Now accepts payment by bank transfer and major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard (Using PayPal). Due to the international nature of our business, all prices are quoted / billed in € euros.

4 Delivery.

Go Mobility Now will deliver the scooter to your Hotel, Camping, Residence and even Cruise terminal. If we are delivering it to your residence, please ensure that someone is there to receive the scooter at the pre-arranged time. If we are delivering to your hotel or camping, it´s possible that you don´t have to be on location when it arrives. We will leave your scooter at the reception, but call ahead and let the hotel or camping know to expect the delivery.

5 Use the scooter.

Our scooters are delivered fully charged and ready to use. Remember to charge the scooter at the end of each day so it´s ready for use the following morning. The charging unit can be plugged into any standard outlet. We suggest plugging it in overnight for having maximum power the next day when using the scooter.

6 Return the scooter.

For hotel and camping rentals, simply leave the scooter at the bell desk. If we are picking it up from your residence, please ensure that someone is home to meet our driver.
